Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, preferably major in Horticulture
• With more than 2 years of vegetable farming experience is preferred
• Effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management
• Driver's license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally
• Passion for social media content creation is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily farm operations and schedules
• Supervise and train farm workers
• Monitor crop and livestock health
• Maintain and repair farm equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials
• Collaborate with agronomists and veterinarians
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Develop and manage farm budgets
• Implement sustainable farming practices
