Messenger/Utility

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, billings, packages, and other company or client-related items.
• Perform bank, government office, supplier, and other external errands as assigned.
• Assist in processing and submitting documents to clients, government agencies, and other offices.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned office
• Dispose of garbage properly and maintain proper waste segregation.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate.
• With valid Professional Driver’s License.
• Must have own motorcycle in good working condition.
• Must be willing to use personal motorcycle for official company errands.
• Preferably with previous experience as a Messenger, Utility Worker, Housekeeper, Office Staff, or similar position.
• Familiar with basic routes and establishments within Cebu City and nearby areas is an advantage.
• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to perform both messenger and housekeeping/utility duties.
• Willing to work on-site and perform field errands as required.
