About Company

Established in 2015 by employees across the Primary Group of Builders, the Primary Builders and Skills Multipurpose Cooperative (PBSMPC) initially operated as a Cooperative Development Authority-registered credit and savings cooperative before expanding into a multipurpose cooperative in 2019. By 2024, PBSMPC introduced Labor Services upon securing DOLE DO 174-17 authorization for contracting and subcontracting. Guided by RA9520 and affiliated with the VICTO National Cooperative Federation, PBSMPC delivers quality services and sustainable member opportunities. Today, the cooperative serves nearly 800 active members and manages over P28 million in assets-standing as a stable, fully compliant and trusted partner.
