Description

Job Summary: (Full-time on-site)

Responsible for maintaining the general upkeep and cleanliness of office facilities, performing administrative functions such as package preparations and delivery, office transmittals, office supplies inventory. Must be fully knowledgeable about Health and Safety protocols. 


1.Maintain cleanliness and good hygiene in all office facilities and washrooms. 

  • Perform major cleaning activities such sweeping, mopping of floor, dusting, wiping, disinfection and general cleaning before office resumes. 
  • Ensure that office floor is maintained clean by regular vacuuming. 
  • Daily clean washrooms and provide necessary toiletries. Ensure that toiletries are well-supplied. 
  • Daily disposal of garbage. 
  • Report cleaning and sanitation concerns immediately. 


2.Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies.  

3.Perform and/ or assist in manual repairs if necessary. 

4.Serve guests following specific protocol.  

5.Run general errands such as bills payment, bank transactions, pick- up and/ or deliver packages or documents, purchase office supplies, refreshments or groceries. 

6.Comply with the proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation. 

7.Maintain safety and confidentiality of documents or items being delivered. 

8.Deliver minor administrative tasks such as photocopying, shredding, filing, etc. of non-confidential office documents. 

9.Health & Safety 

  • Attend required H & S training. 
  • Follow safety procedures. 

10.Perform other work-related tasks as maybe assigned. 

Requirement

  • Job Title: Utility / Messenger Staff
  • Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: General cleaning, organization, disinfection, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, assist in organizing supplies, perform disinfection tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Working Conditions: May involve physical labor in various environments, requiring fitness to work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
