Description

  • Design and implement customized training programs for Peak Outsourcing's BPO & Call Center services.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions to enhance agent skills and performance.
  • Assess training effectiveness through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Continuously update curriculum in line with industry trends and business needs.
  • Mentor agents and provide ongoing support to promote a culture of learning.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of training facilitation and instructional design experience
  • Adept to the Adult Learning Principles and Methodologies, and the Kirk Patrick Levels of Evaluation
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite (Dumaguete) and can start ASAP
