Description

A Customer Support Specialist provides excellent service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction across channels like phone, email, and chat. They assist with product or service questions, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions, aiming to enhance customer loyalty while documenting interactions and escalating complex issues when needed.

 

Work Setup:

  • Onsite - Cebu
  • Shifting schedule

Accounts:

  • Healthcare
  • Travel
  • Retail

Salary:

  • 16,000 - 20,000 Basic salary
  • 2,000 - Allowance
  • HMO + 2 Dependents on day 1
  • Life Insurance on day 1
  • Annual Appraisal
  • 10% Night differential


Requirement

  • Retail Account: Open to high school graduates with or without BPO experience.
  • Healthcare Account: Requires at least a high school diploma with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience, or college graduates with or without experience.
  • Travel Account: Open to college graduates, senior high school graduates, or those who have completed at least 2 years in college, with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience in an international voice setting.
