Job Brief

Core Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal user experiences and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to translate user needs and business requirements into impactful design solutions.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas and interactions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and integrate suggestions into final designs.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes and innovation.

Day-to-day Activities

• Design, iterate, and improve UI components for both client-facing products and internal applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and deliver high-quality user interfaces.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability tests to refine design solutions.
• Develop design documentation and manage design assets for ongoing projects.
• Stay proactive in team meetings, providing design input and feedback to improve project outcomes.
• Monitor and adapt to emerging design tools, methodologies, and technologies.

Job Type

• Full-time of Project-based (depending on what project you’ll be assigned)

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices in responsive design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and developers.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
