Description

  • Assist in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination within the cooperative.
  • Support HR and recruitment processes, including candidate screening and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to personnel and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiencies and service quality.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or collections.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in identifying overdue receivables, monitoring accounts, reporting collection status, and resolving billing or credit issues.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Encourage timely payments and maintain accurate records of collections.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude.
