Description

  • Assist in managing cash flow and liquidity for Modularity Home Inc.
  • Support daily treasury operations and reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor bank transactions and manage relationships with financial institutions.
  • Prepare reports on cash position and forecast cash needs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial metrics.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in treasury or accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong bookkeeping and financial skills, proficient in taxes, aware of wealth and asset management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with yearly closing activities, manage cash flows, and prepare financial reports.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require additional hours during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
