Description
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on retirement services processes.
- Develop training materials and modules to enhance employee understanding.
- Assess employee performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in training or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of retirement services and processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote training sessions.
