As a Tourism Intern, you will work closely with our experienced travel advisors and operations team to gain valuable hands-on experience in the travel industry. This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to the workings of a travel agency and provides opportunities to contribute to real-world projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching travel destinations, attractions, and current travel trends.
• Support the planning and organization of travel itineraries and packages.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless travel arrangements and customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and other travel-related documents.
• Contribute to social media content creation and digital marketing efforts.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of the travel industry.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Passion for travel and exploring different cultures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems (preferred but not required).
