• Provide routine maintenance and repair services throughout City Garden Grand Hotel.
• Ensure optimal functionality of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and hotel appliances.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot reported deficiencies.
• Maintain hotel aesthetics, repairing paint and drywall as needed.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, prioritizing guest safety and comfort.
• Uphold the highest standards of service in the hospitality & tourism industry.

Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Senior High School degree

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in building maintenance or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in marble and tiles cutting, installing, and polishing
• Knowledge of building systems including plumbing
• Familiarity with the use of various hand and power tools

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct regular maintenance of building structures and finishes
• Perform repairs and installation of tiles, marble, and other building materials
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repair work
