Job Requirements for Building Maintenance Technician:- Educational Qualifications: * Minimum of a Diploma degree in a related technical field.- Experience Level: * At least 3-5 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.- Skills and Competencies: * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. * Skilled in multiple technical disciplines including Aircon repair, electrical installations, and commercial electrical systems. * Ability to perform routine inspections and carry out maintenance tasks. - Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct regular maintenance of building systems. * Repair and maintain air conditioning units. * Install and troubleshoot electrical systems and components. * Perform inspections and identify areas that require attention. - Working Conditions: * The role may require working in various indoor and outdoor environments. * May involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting heavy objects.- Qualities and Traits: * Multiskilled with a good analytical mind. * Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. * Reliable and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Successful candidates will be expected to maintain high standards of safety and quality in all aspects of their work.
