Job Title: TikTok Operations Specialist

Job Summary

The TikTok Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily operations between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. This role focuses on communication, coordination, issue resolution, and operational follow-through across departments such as warehouse, customer service, livestream, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience using Lark for workplace communication and collaboration

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on operational concerns

• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving

• Experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, operations, or related fields is preferred

• Able to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, livestream, and management teams regarding operational concerns

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues

• Monitor and follow up on operational tasks and project updates

• Manage and organize communications through Lark and other company platforms

• Prepare reports, updates, and documentation as needed

• Assist in improving operational processes and workflow efficiency

• Escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate departments or management
