Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK); Associate's Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is preferred.
• Knowledge of live streaming platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and similar platforms.
• Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Proficient in using OBS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure live streaming sessions run smoothly according to the scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate with hosts and relevant teams before and during live sessions.
• Prepare all live streaming requirements, including products, promotions, vouchers, and scripts.
• Monitor live performance, including viewer count, engagement, traffic, and sales.
• Prepare live streaming reports and performance evaluations.
• Manage the platform backend and handle minor technical issues during live sessions.
• Propose ideas and strategies to improve live streaming performance and increase sales.
