Job Summary

Leads TikTok live streaming operations, managing talents, coaches, and operators to increase viewers, gifters, branding, and revenue while ensuring smooth operations and TikTok compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee live streaming schedules, campaigns, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor talent performance, attendance, and compliance.
• Coordinate with marketing, creatives, and production teams.
• Develop strategies to grow viewers, engagement, gifters, and revenue.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Support talent development, retention, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in live streaming, talent management, or digital entertainment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of TikTok live trends, monetization, and compliance.
