- Lead and manage the Telemarketing Team.
- Drive telesales and team performance targets.
- Monitor inbound/outbound call operations and service quality.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer concerns.
- Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Represent the Telemarketing Team in Management meetings.
- Knowledge and experience in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare services, medical terminology, FDA regulations, and ethical marketing practices is an advantage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
