Description
- Lead and manage the telemarketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor calls and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze team performance metrics and report on outcomes to senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 2-5 years in telemarketing or sales management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership and team-building skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze data and trends to improve team performance
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with a focus on telecommunication
