Key Responsibilities:
- Install, Splice, and Repair telecom lines and network equipment.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, modems, switches, and services
- Provide on-site technical support and service demonstrations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Telecom/technical certification preferred)
- Valid Driver's License (Must be able to drive)
- Experience with Telecom Equipment, Cable Testers, Crimping tools, and Signal Meters.
- Ability to read technical manuals/ schematics and troubleshoot issues.
- Physical ability to climb poles, work at heights, and lift heavy equipment.
