Description
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on technical equipment.
- Carry out installation and configuration of systems and devices.
- Conduct routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
- Document all service requests and resolutions in the database.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a technician role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in installation techniques.
- Skills and Competencies: Capable of performing repairs on various equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
