Description
- Conducts technical training programs for JMC dealerships on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to guarantee excellent customer vehicle operation.
- Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and up-to-date training materials.
- Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.
- Provides weekly accomplishment reports to training manager.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting prepare and present reports on training effectiveness, technician performance, and areas for further development to the training manager.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of automotive course.
- With at least 3-5 years’ experience of automotive technical training.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems.
- Proactive individual with keen attention to details.
- With exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (Verbal and written).
- With Valid driver’s license.
