Description
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services.
- Assist customers with product installations and configurations.
- Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits:Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions:Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends may be required
