Description

  • Create recipes and manage the recipe library of the company
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Department including maintenance of equipment
  • Provides technical expertise in terms of the application of products, setting up of working / demo area, baked goods and product displays
  • Trains Chefs for demos and provides proper orientation to new hires
  • Manage the Department’s budget and monitor the expenses
  • Coordinate with various teams such as Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hotel & Restaurant Management or other related program
  • Certified Bread and Pastry Chef
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience and expertise in bread and pastry
  • Experience in creating training materials and conducting trainings / demos
  • Experience in ideation of recipes / product development, bakery management and operations
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Able to work in collaboration with different teams
