Description

  • Ensure that operations flow, product, service standards and cleanliness are smooth and always maintained.
  • Handles basic equipment trouble shooting for effective equipment cost management and operational efficiency.
  • Checks strict compliance of store's daily operational checklist.
  • Ensure smooth shift turn over
  • Prepares raw materials and other operating supplies projection in a daily/weekly/monthly basis or as needed
  • Coordinate on time and complete deliveries with the commissary team leader.
  • Communicates weekly manpower schedules amongst staff.
  • Implements store's marketing (local/system-wide) programs.
  • Ensure strict month-end inventory procedure.


Requirement

  • Can handle multiple task
  • 1-3 years working experience
  • Bachelor's degree in food industry or related
