Responsibilities
- Record Transactions: Enter daily income and expenses accurately into accounting software.
- Manage Accounts: Handle accounts payable (bills) and accounts receivable (invoices/customer payments).
- Reconcile Accounts: Match bank and credit card statements with internal ledgers to fix errors.
- Process Payroll: Calculate wages, handle employee pay distributions, and track payroll taxes.
- Generate Reports: Prepare basic financial statements like balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
