Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, leading a team of recruiters, and developing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements while maintaining a positive candidate experience and achieving recruitment targets.

- College Graduate
