- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Crafting compelling job descriptions and postings.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including social media and job boards.
- Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: with 6 mons –1 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized.
