Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Program Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Planning.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead and mentor a team, driving performance improvements.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with occasional overtime required during peak seasons.
