Ace Builders SM CALOOCAN is looking for a Store Supervisor!
Job Responsibilities;
- Responsible for attainment of sales target for Outright
- Reviews and analyzes Key Performance Indicators for sales for Outright
- Ensures merchandise availability by constant monitoring, reordering & stock transfers
- Ensures excellent store condition at all times
- Maintains excellent customer service
- Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout
- Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working condition
- Ensures compliance on Sales Promotion/BTL standards/protocol
- Ensures compliance on Gondola Allowance.
Requirements:
- Must be a College Graduate
- Must have at least 2 years Supervisory Level in Retail Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
