Job Description:

Live Streamer

• Daily Live-streaming: Participate in group streaming performances, including but not limited to dancing, and talent showcases to maintain a high-energy live atmosphere at TikTok.
• Fan Engagement: Actively encourage viewers to like, follow, and send gifts while building strong, positive relationships with the audience.
• Rehearsal & Prep: Participate in dance training, post-stream reviews, and script rehearsals to optimize conversion rates and performance quality.
• Skill Enhancement: Strictly follow the company's operational guidelines and management protocols.Participate in mandatory training sessions to continuously improve hosting and performance skills.
• Image Maintenance: Prepare makeup and styling according to the live-stream theme, maintaining a professional and positive public image.

Requirements:

• Appearance: Outgoing, confident, and energetic.Pleasing personality with well-defined facial features(e.g., sweet, fiery, sophisticated, or quirky/funny);photogenic and confident on camera.
• Talent: Passionate about dancing and performing (Pop, Jazz, etc.)or other performance-based talents.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and has a strong desire to earn a high income.
• Experience: Previous experience in live-streaming or performing arts is an advantage but not required.
