Description
- Organizing staff schedules, assigning duties and providing assistance to staff.
- Maintaining inventory levels, ensuring deliveries are on time and ordering new stock.
- Resolving customer complaints, providing exceptional customer service, and dealing with customer queries professionally.
- Providing store performance reports.
- Organizing staff meetings, approving payments and ensuring items are merchandised to company standards.
- Monitoring sales, identifying areas for replenishment and ensuring sales goals are met.
Requirement
- Ability to lead and manage a team and use interpersonal skills to help them perform at their best.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and employee, both verbally and writing.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to complete duties on time.
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in a management role.
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Preferably 25-30 yrs. old
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
