Job Title: Store Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized Store Operations Coordinator to support smooth day-to-day operations of our cake and pastry stores. You’ll work closely with store managers and the head office to ensure excellent customer experience, efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and operational consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Store Support

• Coordinate daily operations across one or multiple bakery/cake shop locations.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed, and store presentation meets brand standards.
• Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing rosters.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels, reorder ingredients and packaging supplies as needed.
• Track product wastage and help control costs through efficient planning.
• Work with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Customer Service & Quality

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by enforcing service standards.
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and follow up for resolution.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly labeled, and meet quality expectations.

Operations & Compliance

• Help update and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for front-of-house and back-of-house tasks.
• Support compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies.
• Assist in training new hires and coaching existing staff on best practices.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (sales, inventory, staffing).
• Monitor key performance indicators and work with management for operational improvements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and finance teams on promotions, cost tracking, and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in retail, food service, bakery, or store operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, POS, and basic reporting.
• Food safety or sanitation certification a plus.
