Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
• Ensure visual merchandising and store displays follow company standards
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
• Support staff scheduling and task delegation
• Address operational issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and procedures
• Assist in implementing promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities
• Provide support in handling customer inquiries and resolving basic concerns
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store appearance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not always required)
• Previous experience in retail or store operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and reporting tools (e.g., POS, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
