Branch Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Branch Head to oversee daily branch operations, manage team performance, and drive branch sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for branch profitability, maintaining record accuracy (sales, inventory, and cash management), leading local marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

• Achieve 100% of weekly, monthly, and overall sales targets for the showroom/branch.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts and generate consistent sales.
• Source, map, and develop new customers within the area; build and continuously update a customer database with key client details (names, addresses, cylinder/equipment info).
• Conduct house-to-house marketing, promote new products/services, and leverage local market opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and price increase updates promptly.

Branch Operations & Inventory Control

• Direct all operational aspects of the branch in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, conducting stock checks from opening to closing.
• Submit mandatory daily operational reports on schedule (Sales Reports at 10 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM; Empty Tank Counts at 3 PM).
• Execute opening and closing procedures, including alarm security, vault balances, deposits, and daily checklists.
• Maintain daily safety checklists, Showroom Progress Logsheets, vehicle checklists, and equipment upkeep.

Cash Management & Financial Compliance

• Handle cash transactions, collect payments, and issue accurate receipts, refunds, and change.
• Manage, secure, and update the cash database and perform daily balancing of showroom funds.
• Ensure 100% accuracy on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.

Team Leadership & Branch Environment

• Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to showroom personnel.
• Foster a positive, productive working environment focused on high customer satisfaction.
• Identify operational gaps, propose corrective action plans, and drive continuous branch improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support branch operations.

• Experience: Proven experience in retail management, branch operations, sales generation, or a similar role.
