Description
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the head office for restocking as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree on any College course
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in retail management or sales. Experience in apparel is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce and customer relationship management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
