Job Description:
- Oversee Overall Store Operations
- Achieve Sales and Profit Targets
- Lead and Manage Store Personnel
- Ensure Excellent Customer Service
- Manage Inventory and Stock Control
- Implement Merchandising Standards
- Monitor Financial Performance
- Supervise Cash Handling Procedures
- Maintain Safety and Security Standards
- Develop and Train Employees
- Coordinate with Corporate and Support Departments
- Analyze Business Performance
- Ensure Store Appearance and Maintenance
- Handle Administrative Responsibilities
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (any course)
- 2 years managerial experience in retail
