Description

  • Monitoring inventory levels, ordering new stock, and ensuring merchandise is displayed properly
  • Managing staff, organizing staff meetings, and scheduling shifts
  • Keeping the store clean and orderly, and ensuring the store is well-maintained 
  • Analyzing store performance and developing strategies for improvement 
  • Resolving customer complaints and product shortages 
  • Preparing reports on sales volumes, product supply, and human resources 

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate ideas effectively, both in writing and speech, and to listen attentively.
  • The ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and to ensure customers have a positive experience.
  • The ability to manage people and develop customer service skills.
  • The knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures to keep track of goods.
