Grand Metro Wine Center Corp., a premier wine store located in Market Market, Taguig City, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Store Operations:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, hire, and train store staff.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimize labor costs.
• Provide ongoing training and development to improve staff performance.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including product recommendations and wine education.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Place orders and manage supplier relationships.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the wine or liquor industry.
