• Maintain and curate company’s social media page (on Facebook) and create content for global careers channels including LinkedIn and Instagram. 
• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking and audience identification.  
• Develop location-specific templates and candidate messaging. 
• Assist with coordinating responses to messages from local candidates on social media  
• Help with crisis management, responding to bad reviews, and negative news communications 
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content regularly (could be text, image, video, audio or HTML based) 
• Create meaningful connections with our social followers through dialogue and messaging 
• Build internal relationships with relevant stakeholders to provide multiple sources of ongoing content 

Qualifications / Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, any field. 
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or a related field. 
• Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn) 
• Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns 
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 
• Ability to think creatively and innovative, multi-task and work well under pressure. 
• Creative, forward-thinking, and organized 
• Ideally some experience in photography, graphic design and video editing platforms 
• Customer support experience  
• Chinese speaking - an asset
