Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns 
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs designed to strengthen the company’s brand
• Writing reports, brochures, and similar documents or marketing collaterals
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Entertain buyers and homeowners and endorse to the appropriate person 
• Handle important documents from Sales and Marketing Manager
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course in Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts
• Creativity and a proven track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and website analytics
• Skilled at basic photo editing and graphic works. Knowledge in ADOBE Photoshop is an advantage
