Looking for Social Media Creatives

FEILONG Social Team is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Creative Associate to join our marketing team. Something you need to know is we work with ★ Cool Brands!!! ★

This role will involve content creation, storytelling, and supporting a variety of agency client brands. You will work closely with our Social Media Team and graphic artists to produce visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and achieves business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate independently to produce creative visuals for key campaigns and always-on social media content, ensuring all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and goals.
• Lead the creative development and adaptation of social media content, including visuals, videos, and animations.
• Serve as a brand and visual communication custodian, ensuring consistent messaging and aesthetics across all social platforms.
• Partner with the Social Team to develop social media resources, guidelines, and templates to streamline design adaptations for other teams, ensuring timely communication and implementation.
• Utilize strong design skills, including layout, typography, and visual design patterns, to enhance campaign impact.
• Work closely with the graphic artist and broader team to address challenges in social briefs, optimize content, and enhance campaign performance to meet social metrics targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar creative role.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) with an understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Creativity: A keen eye for design, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging social content.
• Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving: Ability to find creative solutions for visual challenges and optimize content to achieve better engagement metrics.
• Attention to Detail: Strong sense of layout, typography, and design patterns, ensuring quality and consistency across campaigns.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
