Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with department goals and objectives.
Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create and curate high-quality content (text,
images, videos) that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand identity.
Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with followers, fans, and influencers to foster a strong sense of community and advocacy for the brand.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate innovative strategies to optimize performance and results.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance optimization.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Multimedia Arts from a Production Industry
With at least 2 years of relevant experience gained from a PR, Advertising or Digital Marketing Company
Experience managing successful social media campaigns, various marketing events and event coverage
Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects
Able to support and work with existing partners and internal team
Effective storyteller on various media platforms
