Description
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting strategies as necessary, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing suitable mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between team members and external partners to maintain project alignment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in leading projects from initiation to completion.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
