We are currently expanding our UAV operations team for various survey, mapping, infrastructure, and industrial drone projects across the Philippines.

We are seeking motivated individuals who hold a CAAP Medium or Large RPAS License and are looking to build a professional career in the rapidly growing UAV industry.

Previous field experience is preferred but not required. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training, including UAV flight operations, survey and mapping missions, project deployment, and real-world field operations.CAAP Medium & Large RPAS License Holders. No experience welcome.

UAV Survey Pilot

Number of Openings

• Experienced UAV Pilots: 1–2 positions
• Newly Licensed CAAP Medium/Large RPAS Pilots: Multiple positions
• CAAP Medium & Large RPAS License Holders. No experience welcome.(Applicants welcome)

Responsibilities

• Operate UAVs for survey and mapping projects
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and mission planning
• Execute aerial data collection missions using RTK-enabled drone systems
• Ensure compliance with CAAP regulations and company safety procedures
• Coordinate with project managers and survey teams
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records
• Support field operations nationwide as required
• CAAP Medium & Large RPAS License Holders. No experience welcome.Applicants welcome

Qualifications Required

• Valid CAAP Medium RPAS License or Large RPAS License
• Strong commitment to aviation safety and operational excellence
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites throughout the Philippines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CAAP Medium & Large RPAS License Holders. No experience welcome.Applicants welcome

Preferred

• 2~3 years or more experience as a UAV Pilot
• Experience in survey and mapping operations
• Knowledge of RTK/PPK workflows
• Experience operating DJI Enterprise UAV platforms
• Familiarity with photogrammetry and mapping software
• Background in surveying, engineering, GIS, construction, or related fields
• CAAP Medium & Large RPAS License Holders. No experience welcome.

Equipment

Successful candidates may have the opportunity to operate advanced UAV platforms, including:

• DJI Matrice 400 RTK
• DJI Matrice 4E
