Description
- Conduct site surveys to assess land and property layouts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey data.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and contract specifications.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations of survey findings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in site surveying or related discipline
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in costing, planning and forecasting, and structural design
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of housing construction and land development
- Qualities and Traits: Strong observation skills and presentation abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work with contract specifications and adhere to industry standards
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in various outdoor environments and on construction sites
