- Conducts inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within chapel facilities.
- Evaluates building systems including fire protection, CCTV, and generator units.
- Identifies technical issues requiring corrective maintenance.
- Diagnoses system failures and equipment malfunctions.
- Performs troubleshooting and repair activities according to engineering standards.
- Restores system functionality to ensure operational reliability.
- Verifies that completed repair works comply with engineering specifications.
- Inspects contractor outputs to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Reports quality deviations and recommends corrective actions.
- Prepares technical maintenance reports documenting system conditions.
- Records inspection findings and repair activities.
- Submits technical reports and recommendations to management.
- Supervises contractors performing specialized repair works.
- Ensures contractor activities comply with project specifications.
- Validates completion of contracted maintenance services.
- Recommends engineering improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Supports facility infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.
- Assists management in implementing system improvement initiatives.
