Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities
- Monitor worker attendance, productivity, and work progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site workers
- Assist in reporting and basic site documentation
Job Requirements
- With relevant construction or site supervision experience
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage workers effectively
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
