The Site Supervisor oversees daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and with good quality. This role manages workers, coordinates with clients, and ensures smooth project execution.


-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.

-Monitor work progress and report updates to the immediate head

-Ensure installations follow plans, specifications, and quality standards

-Handle on-site issues and resolve problems quickly

-Enforce safety rules and conduct site inspections

-Maintain daily reports, attendance, and site records

-Coordinate with clients and ensure customer satisfaction


-Graduate of Engineering, Construction Management, or any related course.

-Experience At least 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.

-With Safety Officer certification or experience is an advantage.

-Strong knowledge of construction/site operations and safety standards.

-Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and schedules.

-Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Physically fit and willing to work on-site.

-Time management and task prioritization.

-Attention to detail and quality control

-Ability to make decisions under pressure

-Basic reporting and documentation skills
