Supervise field inspection and investigation of existing structures, ensuring accurate data collection, adherence to procedures, and compliance with safety and quality standards prior to repair or retrofitting works.
Qualifications
- B.S. Civil Engineering (Licensed Preferred)
- 5+ years in structural inspection, investigation, or condition assessment.
- Experience supervising site inspection activities.
- Knowledge of structural defects (cracks, corrosion, spalling, settlement)
- Familiar with reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
- Experience with NDT methods (Rebound Hammer, Rebar Scanning, UPV)
- Ability to read drawings and prepare inspection reports.
- Willingness to travel to project sites
Technical & Software Skills :
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with AutoCAD and digital inspection tools.

- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed Working Hours) 7:30am to 6:00pm
