- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
- Manage subcontractors and construction crews.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate project scheduling and timelines.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in construction management or site supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in construction software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project schedules.
- Working Conditions: On-site presence in various weather; may require extended hours and travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and strong decision-making abilities.
